Getting started
Welcome. Your CRM lives at your own subdomain (for example, acme.hrefcreative.co). Everything you do happens there: viewing leads, working pipeline, leaving notes, completing tasks.
Accept your invite
When HREF sets up your workspace, you receive an invite link by email. It looks like:
https://acme.hrefcreative.co/invite/<long-token>
Click it. You will land on a page that shows your email address (locked, because the invite is for you) and asks you to choose a password. The password must be at least 8 characters.
Click Set up access. You are signed in immediately and dropped onto your dashboard.
The invite link expires after 7 days and can only be used once. If yours expires, ask your HREF contact for a fresh one.
Subsequent sign-ins
Visit your subdomain (e.g. acme.hrefcreative.co). You'll see your splash with two ways to sign in:
- Magic link (default). Type your email, click Send magic link. Check your inbox for an email from
crm@hrefcreative.com. Click the link inside to sign in. No password needed. - Password. Click Or sign in with password to switch the form. Type your email + the password you set during invite acceptance. Submit.
You stay signed in across sessions until you sign out or your browser clears cookies. Sessions are scoped to your specific subdomain, so signing in to one workspace does not affect another.
What you'll see after signing in
The top of every page shows:
- Your workspace name and logo on the left
- Navigation links: Inbox, Pipeline, Tasks, Settings
- Your email and a Sign out link on the right
The sections you'll use most:
| Section | What it does |

| Inbox | Every lead that has ever come in, newest first. Filter by stage, source, status, or date. Click a lead for the full record. |
| Pipeline | Drag-and-drop kanban view. Columns are stages you control. Move cards as leads progress. |
| Tasks | Follow-ups and to-dos for your team. Tasks can be linked to a lead or stand on their own. |
| Settings | Workspace branding, pipeline stages, team members, and API keys. |

If something looks wrong
Sign-in failures are usually one of:
- Invalid email or password. Check the email matches the address on your invite. If you forgot your password, sign in with a magic link instead.
- "This account is not a member of this workspace." Your account exists but is not attached to this tenant. Contact your HREF representative.
- Magic link email never arrives. Check spam. The sender is
crm@hrefcreative.com. If still missing after a few minutes, try the password flow or contact HREF.
